At Itemania, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within the guidelines below. This policy is written to align with Google Merchant Center standards for transparency and customer support.

Return Window:

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
This applies to both defective items and change-of-mind returns, unless a product page states otherwise.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Free from wear, damage, stains, or alterations

If items do not meet these conditions, a partial refund or return refusal may apply.

Return Shipping Costs:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We cover all return shipping costs if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns:
If the item is not defective (e.g., size did not fit, changed preference, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If Itemania provides a prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
There are no restocking fees.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
  3. Our support team will send the return instructions and the correct return address

 Please contact us before returning any item so we can ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:
